They are pricey but they are responsive and punctual. They always work efficiently and complete the job you ask. You can tell them what you are experiencing and they always bring different parts to repair the issue. 99% of the time, they have the needed part with them to complete the job that day.

We recently bought a new home and didn't realize that the existing dishwasher leaks! I've used it heavily since moving in. Not wanting to deal with big box stores (bad experiences there!) we were looking for something better. A co-worker of my husbands suggested Portland Electric. The folks there are extremely nice and experienced. It's family run and has been for quite a long time. They are part of a co-op so prices are good and they have a nice selection of appliances too (no TVs though). We will be needed a refridgerator soon and we'll be going back there.
