Job was done quickly and completely. I described the job to them over the phone, and the quote given over the phone was honored, and it was the best price I was quoted. I understand that had my description been wrong or incomplete, the price might have been adjusted. That is only fair. They installed a new faucet that I provided, and cut out and replaced the under sink valves and hot and cold lines to the new faucet. I would hire them again, and they will be my "go to" guys for plumbing issues.

I called Masselli yesterday morning and received a call back very soon after. Mike said he could stop by the house and take a look and diagnose the problem and provide a quote. He called me within a couple hours, told me what he thought the problem was, gave me a price and offered to fix it on the spot. It was fixed the same day.
I was extremely impressed by how quickly Mike responded to my initial call and how easily and quickly the problem was solved. He did an excellent job, was extremely personable, and was very helpful with my questions.
I will definitely use him in the future and recommend him highly.

"Hello (member name removed), I apologize for not responding sooner for this review as I just set up my business center today 2/3/2015 and now can receive notification directly form this point forward. Now regarding your service call. I'm not quite sure why you didn't bring this up when you issued the check or called me to ask about it before writing this review, but the charges and what I had done were explained fully in the invoice. The supply line connection at the supply valve and the fill valve inside the toilet were leaking onto the floor and subsequently through the floor. I suggested that it would be wise to change the fill valve and the supply valve (due to it's age) and you agreed. This job would have required me to turn off the entire house, with some limited draining to make the change, but I would caution you, not to confuse my 30 years experience in my trade and the speed at which I'm able to do this routine job with the thought that you might have been able to do it yourself with no problems. We go way back, and I've always been under the impression that you called me multiple times because we have never steered you wrong, always taken care of the jobs you called us for and charged accordingly. I have to admit, I was a bit surprised to hear that you wrote this review, but that's your prerogative. Thank you for your allowing us to serve you all those years. We are still here if you'd like to use us again."

In all of the above instances, Mr. Masselli arrived on time, he was pleasant, he answered my questions, he was straightforward in his explanations of the problems and his recommendations, and he finished the work promptly. Regarding cost, one often hears and feels that home repairs (and perhaps particularly plumbing repairs/service) are expensive. But I thought their charges were reasonable. To determine the basic charge for the labor, they appear to usually use a standard industry-wide table of the average time required to do typical tasks, so one knows there are some standards for this and the labor charges are not exaggerated or just made up to suit the mood or impulse of the moment. And in a couple of instances, the cost was discounted somewhat. I plan to have them replace my water heater in the spring. I would recommend them to others.

On a Saturday morning, I accidentally knocked a 3 oz plastic cup into a flushing toilet. Needless to say, the cup went down the toilet and the toilet immediately clogged. I called Masselli Plumbing based on a recommendation from our neighbor. I was please that on a Saturday morning, the answering service answered They said someone from Masselli would call back within 20 minutes.
Within 20 minutes Mike called. We set up an appointment for Monday morning between 8 and 9. Mike arrived as promised and quickly removed the cup using his snake.
We were very pleased with Mike's work and would definitely hire Masselli Plumbing again.

Was very polite , clean up and came when he said he would but in the end could not fix the problem. So I think there is a lack of skill Also got an estimate to change a faucet in the kitchen $400 including the faucet With Big disclaimer Only if it is only to replace the faucet NO repair Seems like a lot of money to replace a faucet. How long would that take.?

I really appreciated their quick response. I've called plumbers in the past and frequently never get even a call back. The two plumbers who replaced the water heater were personable and polite. They even missed part of their Christmas party to respond to my call.
