When my water heater was leaking all over my basement floor, Derek came out to help within an hour. He’s very knowledgeable. He drained the tank and offered a fair price on a new one. Unfortunately, I took too long doing my research on water tanks and they booked up and I had to get it from elsewhere. Even so, they were out here quickly when I needed them, as they have been in the past when I have had other plumbing issues. Their work is high quality and I would definitely hire them again.

I was in discussion with a number of plumbers--all very skilled in their craft--about this project, but none could offer the level of communication and responsiveness needed for this job before Cameron. Their team was professional, patient, and hard working, all the traits you want in a contractor. But where they really standout is in their office support. Daryl, was exceptional in her ability to work with our lender and communicate with me throughout the process. That to me made the biggest difference. I very rarely give reviews, but they really did impress me.

Very good. Cameron got back to me right way with an estimate and arrived the next day. The workers were on time, courteous and professional. Installed the water heater in less than in 3 hours. They cleaned the area thoroughly before they left. I would hire them again.

Removed cracked 4 inch cast iron pipe. Replaced with 2 inch plastic pipe. Replaced pipes from kitchen sink and routed to existing 4 inch plastic pipe.

Two guys came out. They were here for different things. One was a newer guy. He guy was very competent. The younger fellow working on the shower said he needed a different piece of equipment. He didn't have it in his truck. He went to the shop and got it. He was gone for an hour. I had to pay him for the hour that he was gone. He finally fixed the shower.

We have been living in this house for about 4 years. I had a new toilet put in when we moved in. The upstairs toilet started to make seeping noises and since I had other plumbing problems I decided to call Camerons. I got the number off of Angies list. The house was built in 1895 so I didn't know how old all the plumbing was. They called me within 15 minutes of leaving a message and set up an appointment for the next day. The person who came over was very courteous and professional. He replaced the flapper on the upstairs toilet. He told me the toilet downstairs in the cellar was over 40 years old and the whole insides of the tank had to be replaced plus an outside connector with a shutoff valve. He had a hard time getting some of the parts but went to two suppliers to get them. The outside pipe needed a new washer and shut off valve. After he fineshed everything was working fine and I would reccomend them anytime.

They did a great job with the water heater and I have had them back multiple times. They always give good advice and are prompt in emergency situations.
