Drain Cleaning

I had contacted this guy in July to replace my 20 year old furnace and AC system that I was worried was starting to put Carbon Monoxide into my house. I got his name from a neighbor that said he was pretty good although when he installed my neighbors new system he had a problem that he could not fix so he had to call in the manufacturer's rep to figure it out. I should have been worried then. Anyway he calls me right back and says he will come inspect my system sometime that week. About four weeks go by and I had to call him back, He says he has been busy and he will come by this week. Another two weeks go by and still nothing. I had pretty much given up on him at that point. Then he finally contacts me to come by. I reluctantly said OK. He comes to take a look and about a week later I finally get some kind of quote. I asked him to clarify some things on the quote and again at least a week goes by before he does anything. I finally get all the info I need to make a decision. By now we are into October and I have had to turn the heat on and worry about the carbon monoxide issue. That was the whole reason for starting this process in July. I had to ask one more question and again he takes forever to respond. Then he finally responds the first week in November and in that response he says he can not do this install anymore because he is already booked into January.
Now I am screwed. My family may be in danger due to possible carbon monoxide and this guy does not care at all. Just be forewarned, if you are looking for a reliable HVAC guy that will be there for you when you need him, Stephen Chouinard and Chouinard Mechanical is NOT the company to call. Learn from my mistake.

They have been real excellent. They were really really kind. I think they did a very good work as well. They are also someone you would be very comfortable having in the home. They came out and did something for me for no charge at one point. So they are really nice people.
