They arrived and completed work within the designated service window.   Everything looks great.

Workers on time and installed topper. Plus new circuit breaker box (replaced fuse box, which was not code.)

Ralph came to give an estimate, explained some history on the company explaining their "certified installer" status and the significance of that and the warranty. We enjoyed Ralph so after 6 estimators, went with Casanova. The crew came out on time as scheduled, coordinating for skylight install wasn't too tricky. Job took a couple days more than expected but was completed to our satisfaction. Installer crew was friendly.

No problem discovered yet (12/30/2015). However we have not yet had heavy rains or freezing. Also don't know if water is skippers where eaves meet work. Place left clean & orderly. Work on time.

They came when they were supposed to and they worked hard, the first week they were here was the hottest of the summer and I was impressed with how fast and thorough they were. This is when we decided to go ahead and have them do more work. All of the instillation teams were terrific. They were professional and made sure that we had an update of the work done that day. We just had a small issue with the interior ceilings, we just needed some spackeling done, and they were very responsive and had a crew out to fix it. The job took a little longer to be done, only because we added in more work, not due to any issues on their part. I would absolutely use them again. I forgot to ask them if they wanted to put a sign in my yard, which I would have been happy to do. I was really impressed with the work and have recommended them to my friends and neighbors.

Perfect install. Showed up on time, got right to work. Finished on time. Very happy both with the product and the installer.

We had some issues with the owner changing the supply quality without telling us on our second contract when we changed shingle types.  We had to call them a couple of times about getting it rectified and didn't get the right materials until they were already stripping off our roof. Our initial salesman Mark G. was very helpful and responsive to our calls.  They arrived on time and ready to get things done and were very efficient.  I gave a C in professionalism because I was told to go in the house and watch Opera instead of worrying about the correct material being put on my roof.  Most of the mess was picked up, I had to go around with bucket to pick up cigarettte butts, staples, a couple nails and some old felt paper.  Most of my plants faired well, only one was trampled but will grow back fine next year.  Only unresolved issue is hideous metal flashing that was left exposed where all of the smaller bump-outs attach to house.  We are told someone will come later this week to apply a layer of shingles on top of it to make it look like the rest of the roofs.

Service was scheduled and completed within 10 days.  Installers were professional and courteous.  Upon completion, removed old gutters and debris.  No significant rain since installation so I can't comment on effectiveness.

The Casanova crew did a great job with demo of old roof and installation of the new one.  Very professional and fast, only took 2 days and the new gutters look amazing too!

Sample of the product was shon to me and the steps that would be taken to install it. Scheduled service. The crew showed up on time, were very professional, addressing any concerns I had. The job was completed promptly, work area immaculate and the operation of the topper was clearly explained.

Very professional and organized and continues to be no problem.

I thought the price they quoted me was reasonable. It was a decent price. From everything I had seen and all, I had seen a couple of very small areas not unpainted but it was one hidden thing that they missed. They were very responsive. They seemed to fill in and do what was needed. They finished everything in a week.

My wife and I have been talking about painting our house for several years now. We were going to try to do it ourselves but then decided against it as it is a daunting task. We found Magic Brush in a local flyer. We had originally planned on getting several estimates, however once we met the owner of the company, we knew we would have to look no further. John, the owner of the company, came out to give us the free estimate. When he wrote up the deal he gave us a tremendous discount as we stated that we prefer to buy from family owned businesses rather than large companies. He told us that he had several jobs pending and that it would be 2-4 weeks before our job was started which was fine with us. About 2 weeks after our initial meeting, I received a call from John stating that he had a cancellation and the work could be started the next day. The was the first of several expectations that were exceeded! The workers showed up on time every day of the job. Dave and Jesse were very professional and did exemplary work. There were 2 small areas of the house where the integrity of the wood was compromised. Both gentlemen brought it to my attention and told me that if I wanted to have a carpenter fix the 2 spots, they would come back whenever I wanted to paint the repaired areas. This is the 2nd time my expectations were exceeded! I got a call from John on the second day saying that he had a carpenter on staff that could fix the 2 areas. This was one less thing I had to worry about. As far as the quality of the work goes, our house now looks better than the day we bought it! The bottom line is Magic Brush did exactly what they said they would do. They gave me a fair price and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them (especially Dave and Jesse) for exterior house painting. I have not used any of their other services but based on the quality of this job, I will use them again in the future. Thank you.

Gutter Toppers arrived earlier than expected and finished the job quicker than expected. The crew was professional and knew what they were doing. There was only one minor issue which they quickly resolved when i pointed it out. (one of the downspouts had been mounted crooked).

We hired Magic Brush to paint a bedroom with 2 closets and 2 additional closets located in another part of the house. The owner/salesperson told us he would send his most experienced painting crew. The crew arrived on the scheduled day as promised and was late by only a few minutes due to weather. They did call to let us know that they were running a few minutes late. The painters were personable and started to cover things up with drop cloths and plastic. We then left them alone to do their thing. They needed to strip a wallpaper border from the room but ended up borrowing a spray bottle from us so they could do this. We checked on them a couple of times throughout the day and had to correct them when we discovered them painting the bedroom closets the wrong color. They "finished" a few hours sooner than expected and started cleaning up. I then noticed a missed spot in the hall closet and had them fix it. We made a brief check of the bedroom but did not check closely and they left. Later, when we started to put the room back together, I started to notice how much of a mistake we made by hiring them. We spent over an hour cleaning paint spots from the carpet, and bedroom furniture, They missed a spot on the bedroom ceiling, they missed a couple of spots on the walls, they missed a section of one of the bedroom closets, I had to repaint one of the bedroom closet walls because of spots they did not seal properly. They painted over 3 1/2 of the Electrical outlets in the room and the phone jack. They left paint on the woodwork in several spots. They left a big roller mark on the bedroom closet shelf. we found a paint drip on the hall wall outside one of the closets. In addition we had asked them if they could re-grout a bathroom tile wall and one of them had said "no problem that's an easy thing to do". I went to the hardware store to get the grout because it wasn't something they had planned to do initially. I hadn't even looked to see how that looked until after they left. When I did look, the tub looked like someone had poured sand in it and the Bright White grout he put up was gray and awful looking. The best I could guess is that he used a dirty finger to spread it. I ended up redoing it with the same material the next day myself and when it dried, it was white as it was supposed to be, so it wasn't the material that was used that was the cause. We learned a few things from this experience. Number one being to trust no-one and watch closely what is going on. Number two is inspect EVERYTHING closely before paying the bill. Number three, just because the company claims they are professional painters does not mean they produce quality work.
