I live in a nursing home and the heater, in my room, did not work. Tyler and Matt fixed it. They are smart and kind.

I was promised a one-day project, and the guys were in and out by 2 pm. They installed the furnace, checked everything out, removed all the old stuff, cleaned up after themselves, and at my request also put in a programmable thermostat well within the allotted time. The company followed up the next day with a phone call to make sure I was satisfied, and I certainly was. I was also surprised at the small lead time required, only about 10 days between the initial estimate and the ultimate installation, and this was due to my own scheduling needs not Saucier's. They could have done a quicker installation if I'd been ready.

WE HAVE A YEARLY CONTRACT OF $300, AND OF COURSE THIS WASN'T COVERED BY IT. IT ACTUALLY COST AN ADDITIONAL $350 TO HAVE THIS DONE, SO I AM NOT A BIG FAN OF PAYING FOR A WARRANTY.
