Fantastic. Had an emergency leak in the early, early hours of the morning. Chris was out within a couple of hours and had the problem fixed in no time. Looks like quality work. Reasonable, straight-forward pricing. Will definitely call them again.

Background: I bought my house in foreclosure there was a lot of work left to do but most importantly a final inspection (to ensure I had running heat and water) was needed within 7 days of closing to receive the money that was placed in an escrow account.



I called Chris Thursday to inquire about the service I needed, he came out first thing Friday morning to check out my situation and talk through what needed to be done. He was extremely professional and understanding and didn't mind answering my thousands of questions. He told me the entire job (all new supply pipes & install new water heater) would be done in less than a day. He was able to come out the following Tuesday, and just like he had promised, everything was completed that day and I had running water. He followed up with me later that day to walk me through all they had done.



I would recommend him to my friends and family, as well as hire him again! (He will be coming back out to connect the plumbing in the kitchen and bathrooms once the remodel is complete)

He returned my call promptly after leaving a message. He was excellent and came out when he said he would and was very pleasant.

Chris is amazing. When I first called him with questions about our washing machine, he diagnosed the problem for free, over the phone. Later I had him install the utility sink in the garage. The work went smoothly and the price seemed fair. More recently, I called Chris because of increased water pressure in our house causing hammering in our pipes. Within a few days he came to the house (for free) to check our pressure, making sure it wasn't above the legal limit. Then, rather than trying to sell me an expensive fix to the awful hammering noise, Chris suggested we pick up a product at our local Home Depot that might resolve the problem. It worked! How awesome is it that we found a very capable plumber we love who offers free advice and helps save us money??

They were fine and do a lot of work in our neighborhood. I like their promptness, service and fair price. I will use them again in the future.

Very pleased with the work, it was intelligently planned and well executed. Chris and crew took care not to do collateral damage and cleaned up very well. I will be hiring them again to replace the remainder of my copper plumbing with pex. Chris prevented my contractor from installing toe kick heaters that were incompatible with my cast iron radiator system and was able to move and re-plumb my exiting radiator.
