They did an amazing job!

I hired them to do my kitchen and bath. seemed nice, but the work was terrible. My closet doors are crooked, and the drywall in the kitchen is cracking. One screw holding it up cabinet not bolted to the wall, dishwasher not bolted to the counter . No end caps on the on-counter kitchen, electric outlet doesnt work; sparks fly. Thats the kitchen..the bathroom remodel shower stall plastics got a big gap, and they did something with the sewer pipe for the bathroom exhaust. Bathroom smells like sewer!!! Overall, I wish they did not get paid for such shoddy work. Sad...

Working with J & J was an easy experience, much easier than we had anticipated. We had a toilet that was completely shot, and decided to explore a remodel of the bathroom, some of which was original from 1963. The team was very communicative, and provided options we never thought we had! Whenever there was a hiccup, such as a part arriving damaged from shipping, they were up front and honest about it and kept us informed of how soon the new part could come in. A few unexpected plumbing adjustments needed to be made because of the way the new vanity was made, and they just took it in stride. Price was fair and in-line with other local contractors, and we received an estimate prior to work, and as we made changes that affected it, it was updated so we weren't surprised at the end. Now our bathroom has escaped the 20th century and has gone from "hopefully our guests won't have to use it" to "check out our fantastic new bathroom!" We have other remodeling visions in our future, and we will be calling J & J to do the work. They know what they're doing, especially in handling things that pop up in the middle of a job. I highly recommend this team!

I called J&J based on a positive referral from a relative. From the first meeting with Chris and his team, they listened to the repairs I needed (which included a custom door opening, among other work items), provided solutions, and were great to work with overall. They exceeded my expectations and did so in a timely manner. Certainly would recommend.

Amazing work clean work site friendly workers

They were great throughout the whole experience, from showing us multiple design options, to completing the remodel of our kitchen, restaining our floors, and painting our walls. They are hard workers working into the evening hours to complete the work, very reliable, and the quality of their work was great. I was very impressed by them and would definitely recommend them for your home improvement projects!

I used J&J Silver City after hearing from a friend that they are quick, affordable and nice people. I had a garage door collapse at my house because the original builder used poor quality wood 'and my header was sagging about 3 inches in the middle (that's a lot) which put strain on the door parts causing it to come down. I called them to get a quote for my header after calling another company thinking the price was too high. J&J came out that afternoon (a Friday) to measurement and came back with a quote later on in the day for $600 less than the first company's quote. I obviously accepted the quote and they asked if MONDAY was a good time to start. I mean if that's not quick service I don't know what is. They had my header replaced in half a days time and using far superior wood than the original builder. I would use them for other projects down the line. Great job!

I hired J and J Silver City Remodeling to redo my bathroom. It came out great. I was unsure of what I was going to do and they helped me to create a bathroom that we would've never imagined coming out this great! We plan on using them this Summer again to complete our kitchen.
