The car was dropped off at the window shop for the windshield replaced, hoping that having the car in the garage would result in a better quality job.  I was called when the car was completed and was in a rush to pick up my daughter and didn't spend much time to review the car other then insure the windshield was installed.  When I reviewed it at home, found multiple plastic clips broken (replaced with random USED non-factory clips) the cowl plastic trim was also broken and shifts around during driving.  When called to complain was told my claim was untrue, when the vehicle was brought down for review they admitted the clips had been broken.  (They still insist the cowl pieces are supposed to be that way.  Not sure how that was since the car was 6 months old at the time and you can see where it's broken)  In addition the actual install of the windshield was poor, window was shifted to one side 1/4 of an inch causing it to butt up hard agains the body panels of the car.  Excessive adhesive everywhere causing the interior A-pillar panels to bulge where it is pushed up by adhesive.  I found adhesive residue on the roof and body panels where the installer must have touched the car.

THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT I HAD WANTED THEM TO DO. THE WINDOWS WENT IN GREAT. AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE, THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY.
