Roberge Plumbing was highly recommended to me by a friend at work. I had already planned to take Friday afternoon off and had made an appointment with a local firm for an estimate. I called Roberge Plumbing Thursday after work and he called back that evening and made an appointment to meet me Friday to see what needed to be done and give me an estimate. The owner was very personable and thorough, advising me on price and energy efficiency options and calling his vendors for price and availability while we discussed the projec. He gave me his price before leaving. There was an awkward moment when the other company arrived 45 minutes early, but he handled that very graciously. I decided Saturday not to wait for the other company to give me a price and left a message with RobergePlumbing that he had the job and please let me know how much of a deposit he would need to order the furnace, etc. I left a message for the other company so that they wouldn't waste time on my estimate. Monday he called to let me know they were finishing their current job and heand his assistant could come for the day Tuesday and do the whole job. And he did! Alot of plumbing and updating had to be done so it was a long day, but everything was back in it's place, completely neat and tidy. I cannot speak highly enough of Roberge Plumbing. I probably lucked out that he could do the job so quickly, but he gets all the credit for making a big project so painless. The price was excellent, no pressure and no mess. Very nice people!
Description of Work: I replaced my gas furnace, gas hot water heater and central air conditioner.
