Choosing a siding contractor was difficult. I did not know anything about siding, and the range in prices was incredible. Phoenician's price was on the low side, less than half of the highest priced contractors. The higher priced contractors emphasized that they offer higher quality materials and craftsmanship. I assumed in going with Tony and Phoenician, I was compromising high quality work and materials for price. Boy was I wrong. Tony's crew was exceptional, professional, and wonderful. These guys were pros. They performed a miracle, transforming my shabby-looking house into a magnificent home. They used Certainteed Monogram. Time will tell, but it certainly looks beautiful, and it is thicker than most if not all other vinyl siding. They used aluminum trim, which I understand is expensive. Tony talked me out of getting the more expensive insulated siding, saying I did not need it given the 1 inch insulation that existed on my home. Tony was not high-pressure at all. I feel very fortunate that I went with Tony and his crew. I highly recommend Phoenician.

Tony Sakr, owner of Phoenician Home Improvement and his crew made our home outstanding in its beauty, finished with precise craftsmanship and gave us a totally energy efficient house. It was a huge project, which included a roof, siding, gutters, 28 windows, all the doors and the 2 garage doors and operating motors. Tony is a professional businessman, an experienced contractor and an extraordinary person who is trustworthy with unquestionable talent and vision. He was helpful in making suggestions and took care of all the details and came within the contract budget. We were pleasantly surprised with the extra features that frame all the windows and a complete full house edging that completes the siding, an extra touch of crown molding over our garage doors and the seamless gutter system. He made our house a stand out in the neighborhood and a real treat and pride to come home to. His crew has been with him for years and some more than a decade. They are a great team and all are specialists in their craft. The ability to hire the right people that are dedicated and as persnickety as the boss and retain them speaks of intelligence and good management. I was very satisfied with the work that was performed by Phoenician Home Improvement. Tony was very responsive and offered valuable advice/suggestions. His work was clean and neat. The workers were very good and I understand they have been with Tony for many years. They are a good team. Actually decided to have them install a bathroom in the bathroom that went along very well also. Would highly recommend.

Tony and his staff were professional, reliable, on-time and the projects were completed during the time period we agreed to.  Tony consistently would check in with to ensure we were happy with his work and the projects in general.  This was, by far, the best experience we have had with a contractor.  All of the individuals who worked in our home were trustworthy, friendly and skilled.

Tony and his team go above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of customers - we initially hired Phoenician to complete the basement renovation.  We were so impressed by their work that we decided to move forward with Tony to complete the rest of our home renovations.

Work on the doors were done quickly, efficiently and professional. One doorway had to be expanded and the other was condensed to fit modern style doors.
Roof leak was found and repaired.
Interior wall needed a little more time because of water damage on the location was at the top of a very steep stairway.
Clean up was done after each day of the job.
The only thing I would have liked is to be more involved with the overall selection decisions, such as, what do I want or what would I like regarding style and color. The selections were excellent, but I'm the type of person that is hands on. They are so good at their jobs, I think people take them for granted that they'll make the right decision.

Phoenician did a great job.  They were on time, on budget, did high quality work and left the work site clean.  We used them for other projects after the roofing job and have recommended them to others.  We will use them again.

It went great. I couldn't ask for a better experience. The owner of the firm was very responsive and gave me a quote right away, which was literally the most affordable option I could find. He also was able to provide me all of my required documentation for the bank loan I was using and started work quickly. The entire project only took a day and they were extremely clean. It was quick and painless.

They were on time and had all the materials with them. The window is large, and there were enough people to handle its removal and replacement.  It was necessary to remove trim around the window on the outside, and it was replaced with a better option. It looks great!

Tony, the owner of the company, came to my house personally to look at the existing door, show me the products available, and discuss what type of door would achieve the look I wanted.  He was patient and helped me make decisions about the door style, glass, and fixtures.   Within two weeks of making my decisions he called to say the door had arrived in his shop and to schedule installation.  He was able to do the installation within a week.
The night before the installation I became nervous about the install because I am very particular about neatness and quality of work.  Tony and his two assistants exceeded my expectations, despite the fact that they encountered a problem when they realized that my old door frame was not quite standard.  A little more sawing needed to take place.  Still, they did the job within a day.  They were neat, efficient, and reliable.  I had no concerns whatsoever.  I would highly recommend them.
By the way, they also installed new gutters for me two years ago and put new vinyl siding on my neighbor's house that same year.  Both of those jobs were done very well.  I was surprised how affordable the gutters were!

It was about $6,500 per house. They were very good and very nice. The only downside was that they were not as cautious with cleaning up as we would have liked. They went over it several times. We asked to borrow their machine and we picked up a lot of nails. Once the nails go in the grass it is hard to see them. We did get several handfuls of nails. They were excellent overall. We had one problem with the roof and he came back and fixed it. It was the most reasonable price we got.
