LOWE'S

The guy they subcontracted the work too for our kitchen was very good. They did wonderful work on the kitchen. It is very nice that they have a large selection there at the store that you can look at. The employee/s at the store were very knowledgeable, and know their products. The lady (Deb) I talked to was very helpful. She is a kitchen designer, and you can tell she had done many remodels. It is nice that you do not get someone that is ringing you in!

Job went very well - they were on time, professional and thorough.

Purchased 1) 1/4 male thread brass industrial coupler, 1) 1/4 male NTP plug and 1) 1/ female NTP plug. The quality of the parts are great especially for the price.
I will visit Lowes before going to Home Depot, as Lowes gives all veterans a 10% discount with proper ID

They are good. We had some problems with the storm doors but from where it was made at, they got right on it and I've got no problem. It took 3 months until they got it done, but there were no problems after that. They are reliable, they are clean, and it's better to go miles and get what I want. They always have what I want there. They don't have anything in Home Depot here in Waterbury. The people are okay, they are good, and they specialize. If they don't know then they point to where you should go. If I have a problem, they are always there.

They did an excellent job! They were quick and efficient.

We bought 2 exterior doors and 3 storm doors. We had no problem with the storm doors, they were quality doors. There were some factory problems with exterior door, but they were able to remedy them. With one of the doors there was a leak with the awning. Where the water was coming in between the storm door and outer door. Even though it was not their problem they fixed it. With the front door it was a special order from the factory, they sent it back 2 times until it was correct. They also did trim work inside and on the outside was aluminum wrap. The installer and the person who ordered the materials and coordinated the install were very professional. The installer sales manager came out and inspected after everything was done. If we had to do this over we would use them again.

Lowe's service is wonderful. It was amazing. The woman that we worked with had a lot of good ideas. She worked very well as well. She's extremely precious and very helpful.

My husband and I were both excited and nervous at the same time. It was the most expensive and extensive project we have undertaken in this 60 year old house. Deb, the kitchen designer put us at ease with her easy-calm manner. She assured us that anything is possible. You could tell she knew what she was doing! Adam who installed the cabinetry to John who installed the flooring in the kitchen and done the back hallway were wonderful. So professional!

All craftsmen were on time, neat, professional. They cleaned up after. Offered valuable suggestions. They were overall a joy to work with, from the designer to the installers. I would not hesitate using them again.

Great service, called ahead of time to make an appointment, and cleaned up after himself.

They told us to call the manufacturer and they said we had to call Sears to perform the repairs. The freezer could not be fixed. Sears replaced the compressor and it failed again two weeks later. When we called the store manager and complained we were told they DO NOT take appliances back. We wanted a full refund which they refused. The dishwasher broke 4 times in a month. Furthermore, a month later, we received a letter from their corporate attorneys, demanding the Immediate payment of their Lowe's credit card we had used the previous summer, to purchase a lawn tractor claiming we had harassed the manager. We never swore or raised our voice. We just wanted the satisfaction guarantee they claim to have. Their name serves them well.

THEY WERE A VERY GOOD TEAM. THEY ANSWERED THE CALL RIGHT AWAY. THEY DIDN'T ASK FOR ANY MEASUREMENTS OR ANYTHING. THEY CAME AND TOOK THEM ON THEIR OWN. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE WE GOT.

I WOULD SAY GO TO THEM. THEY ARE CAREFUL, THEY PUT A BLANKET ON THE FLOOR SO IT WOULD NOT GET DIRTY OR DAMAGED. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WORKED QUICKLY.
