This is an update to a review I wrote in January. After the explanation of why I didn't get the service in December (COVID and other issues threw the company seriously off schedule), they came last week and quickly completed the job (about 30 minutes). I'm giving them an overall "B" reflecting both the issues in December and the quick turnaround last week. As long as they communicate in a timely manner if and when they expect delays, I would hire them again.

Within an hour the issue was identified and short term safety fix was applied. I'm looking forward to receiving an estimate for the full corrective action on the wiring and trenching. There were several kitchen circuit related issues we discussed that I would like to move forward on as well. JS will get this work. I see no reason to try anyone else.

Professional, friendly, gave great advice even before I hired him, and was the first out of 8 to give me a quote and detailed explanation of what needs to Happen and set the expectations. We set a date and time. Showed up on time, did the job in half the time other contractors told me , and even told me where I can save a few bucks if we modify the routing. Cleaned up after his work and ran my generator and gave me detailed steps on how it all works, with no rush. Definitely will hire him for the next job and do recommend Justin to anyone looking for electrical work. I saved his info

They did a fantastic job. Justin responds quickly to calls, and all the guys were very professional. A couple hours after they finished the job, we realized the A/C was not working - I called Justin to tell him at 7 PM, and one of his guys was at our house to fix it by 8 PM. People sometimes make mistakes, but I think it's very telling how they respond to them; they stand by their work and make sure everything is taken care of with no hassle

The only glitch was with the ordering of the Generator itself. Kohler discontinued the model we originally ordered so we had to wait almost 3 months for the new Kohler model to come out. This was not a fault of JS Electrical. Once the model was available, JS Electrical contacted us and got it installed very quickly. The electricians were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.

I have nothing but good things to say about how it went. I had forgotten that one of the switches was part of a 3-way switch, and would have needed another part, but they came up with a solution that allowed it to work.
