Kyle came out on a Saturday after our water heater broke on Friday night. We had the new water heater installed within 4 hours of calling him and all of that at a very competitive price without the typical emergency fees others would have charged. Thank you for a job well done.

Tech came as scheduled and checked out the unit...it started right up for him and was operational , but he checked it all out to make sure and its seems to be fine...He did a great job and will definitely call them again

We have used Bridgeworks to do our maintenance and repairs at our grocery store for many issues and they have always been excellent. They are very knowledgeable and their pricing is fair. They are the best HVAC company we have had in 30 years and I would highly recommend them!

How did it go? Well I found Jim, one of the owners of Bridgeworks Heating & Cooling, to be a pretty friendly, cheerful guy to do business with. Something you don't see too often dealing with HVAC guys sometimes. He was on time and despite the less then desirable conditions of the day did the work required. He answered all my questions honestly. It was a pleasure to deal with not only just Jim but Nikki who handled scheduling my appointment cheerfully both on the phone and thru emails. They're a family run business located not far from where I am, and while they are a new company somewhat I found the company as a whole great to do business with. I even signed up for a service contract because I felt comfortable going with them again in the future. So I would of course recommend them and ask anyone in CT looking for HVAC service to consider hiring them. At least give them a call. Doug K Farmington, CT

Jim & Kyle were both very responsive, prompt, and very professional. Called in the morning and they were at my house in a couple hours. Fixed the blower fan and I was up and running again. I’ll be calling them again with any HVAC needs. Thanks to you both!!

Excellent, professional and reasonable service and price. Our AC unit wasn't working intermittently and Jim came over the next morning first thing to take care of the issue. Where others would have likely changed the expensive control PCB, he was able to make a repair on site. Also fixed a leak. All done in 1 hour. Definitely recommended.

Owner of the Bridgeworks is very knowledgeable and courteous. He promptly arrived on time, did the diagnosis and identified the issue with pressure on refrigerant. He recommended to fill the refrigerant and optionally added a leak-proofing sealent. He didn't oversell and just fixed the issue in 60 minutes. Highly recommended!

Jim and his son Kyle were quick to respond to my call and started on the work quickly. They communicated whenever a decision needed to be made and the work was flawless. Not to mention they were great to deal with and pricing was more then fair. I've also contracted them to perform my annual oil boiler cleaning which was also done promptly and was thorough. I'd hire them in a heartbeat for anything HVAC related.

So far so good. He wired it correctly and answered all of my engineering questions to my satisfaction (no small thing) and it started right up.

Jim showed up as scheduled to evaluate the AC problem. He ordered all parts the same day, and returned in two days to finish repairs. Others quoted me much higher prices to fix system.

Excellent. I have a very old system and was concerned when it stopped working. Service tech was extremely nice and competent and had it up and running in a very reasonable time for a fair price. He had to rewire a part as it is not available anymore being an old unit.

Jim arrived and checked it out right away. It turns out that when I cleaned the outside unit I had hit the on/off switch (who knew there was one in the condenser unit?) and the condenser was turned OFF. Jim turned it on and voila! I was back in business. He was here all of ten minutes and charged me NOTHING. In my view, this would have been a perfect opportunity for someone to take one look at my 30-year-old unit and told me I needed a new central AC unit. He didn't. This was the first time I used Bridgeworks, and I will definitely call Jim again when the time comes to repair or replace my unit. Very satisfied - and relieved! There ARE honest contractors out there!

Jim was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us estimates for both replacing or repairing our busted A/C unit, and left it up to us to decide (no pressure). He came out a week later to repair the old unit and we're happy with his work.

You know the feeling you get when you finally find the right guy to hire for work on your equipment. Well that is how I felt when Jim Bridgewater finished up the long needed work on our facilities boilers. I've had many questionable experiences in the past with these "boiler" repair men that always had me searching for someone else to do the next job I needed done. Well my search is over. Bridgeworks is a family owned (and family worked) business. Honest, good quality work at a fair price, done by a knowledgeable professional (in my case the owner himself). No short cuts. No feeling that your being overcharged, or that your job is unimportant and being rushed. He spent 10 hours at our facility over two separate days never once appearing rushed to get the job done. If you've been searching for someone to do your heating repairs and maintenance, you can certainly cross that task off your list. I highly reccomend Bridgeworks Heating. He called the day we called him and said he wouldn't be able to come out for one week, Exactly one week later he called and scheduled the service for the next day.

I highly recommend Bridgewater H&C. The appointment was scheduled quickly, the told me exactly how much it would cost in advance. The appointment went flawlessly. The technician explained my situation to me in simple terms and did not try to sell me into additional services. Their work was very throughout and professional. The job was definitely not rushed. Kyle and family installed a high efficiency gas boiler along with baseboard heat throughout two story house. They did a clean and efficient installation with no issues. They also installed a hot water heater. Pricing was very fair and they were very easy to work with. We have received numerous comments from other contractors since about how clean the heating installation is. We will definitely use them for future HVAC work.

This morning I left so many messages and Jim is the one responded right away. He identified the issue right away and fixed it.

Went ok, but the cost should have been lower considering I had already diagnosed the problem, had the unit open, all he had to do was take out old capacitor, put in new one and close the unit
