"I suppose that is is inevitable that sooner or later, I would get a customer like this. We completed the job 2 months before this complaint came in. I was paid and the husband seemed satisfied. I have not heard from them since. My 1st meeting was just with the husband and we went through the scope of work. It was not until we sat down to finalize the contract that I met his wife. She suffers from severe neuroses as confirmed by her husband. I seriously considered at that time telling them that I was no longer interested in the project. The customer chose and supplied most of the material, none of which she liked. Never happy."
