Jeff, the owner, was on site for the entire job. He and his crew always arrived at the agreed upon time. If there was to be a delay because of rain, he would call me the night before and we would reschedule another day and time or make a plan when he would let me know his next arrival date. While the crew was here they got right to work and were careful of my shrubbery and left the worksite watertight and clean every night.
As the work progressed he found some other issues and called me out to explain what he had found, his proposed remedy and the consequences of the condition. I always felt secure in having all of the facts before me when making a decision for additional work.
At the end of the job I was presented with a detailed invoice describing the what was completed and any credits and additional charges for work we agreed upon.
Both buildings look terrific and I would recommend him to anyone who asked.
