"Here is our response to the Better Business Bureau. To clarify Kathy Point is the homeowner [member name removed] is her boyfriend. " In response to the latest communication from Kathy Point - we were told by the Better Business Bureau on April 23, 2013 that this case #84116448 was closed. Her communication after this case was closed speaks of her continued harassment of Pawcatuck Roofing. Again, we told [member name removed] in the middle of this project that her chimney needed to be re-flashed with new flashing. She did not approve this additional work, therefore, we put tar around the chimney. It is not our responsibility or in our scope of work to give her new flashing after the chimney leaked and going around and around with [member name removed]. About her interior damage, we offered to give her $400.00 for the interior repairs, in a good faith effort to resolve this issue. She declined that offer and instead put a sign in her front yard for six weeks until we hired an attorney and incurred legal fees to get it taken down. This sign has cost Pawcatuck Roofing thousands in lost business, along with her continued harassment, slander and defaming Pawcatuck Roofing on Facebook and Angie's List. At this point we feel the case is closed." The Better Business Bureau confirmed the case was closed."
I highly recommend Pawcatuck Roofing and will use them again when I need the rest of the roof replaced. AND the roof held up without a problem during Hurricane Sandy, winds over 85 MPH.
