.Here is a status report. On Aug 21, 2015, I called and spoke to Joe Molinaro. He said that he was prepared to pay me right away and that the money he owed my mother and me was in hand. He asked me to text my address to him so he could mail payment. I asked him to handle it within 7 days and he said his attorney would be in touch with me within that time to make arrangements. That was almost three weeks ago. I have heard nothing from his attorney (whom he refused to name), nor have I received any payment. In fact, subsequent texts from Joe were very hostile and arrogant, stating that a court order doesn't mean he owes me the money. So he, once again, lied to me about meeting this obligation. I will proceed with legal channels to make sure he makes good on this court order. I am not the only one. There are others doing the same thing. We are all finally glad we were able to locate Joe, who has been hiding from us for a good 8 years.

BTW, he owes my mother and me, together, almost $35,000.

He's an agreeable person to deal with. He is knowledgeable, experienced, and he's generally very prompt about getting the work done. If you have any problems, he's easy to work with to solve those problems. His prices are very reasonable also.
