fix the actual leaking drain pipe. Without any discussion with
us, he also took out an additional 11 feet of copper pipe, a segment
stretching across the corner of the basement and replaced it with plastic PVC
pipe. This section of copper pipe had no leak.
Workman put the copper pipe in his truck. He was belligerent with us when asked to remove the
copper from his truck and leave it with us.
We later found that this amount of copper was worth about $20, and wondered whether unnecessary removal of copper pipe was a consistent practice by Ceil Plumbing.
We paid the bill under protest and would not use this company again.
