He arrived promptly and professionally. He pumped and cleaned the tank and filter. He explained that the filter was slightly clogged and potential problem could have occurred. He gave me a reminder card. I paid and he left. He even explained to me why Rid x was bad for the system!

My wife and I had two home inspections done and we used East Coast Septic to inspect the septic system for both. Jesse was very professional and thorough in his inspection. After he was done, he explained everything he looked at and his findings to my wife and I. He also put back the dirt and grass to the point that you wouldn't have realized he was even there! Knowing that this was our first home and first experience with a septic system, he went over all the dos and don'ts of owning a home with a septic tank. We felt very comfortable and well educated after his inspection. I will be using Jesse and his company to ensure that my septic tank is maintained properly from this point out.

We had also used them before we moved in so we were quite happy with them. He was a nice guy, punctual, got the job done and kept things cleaned up. He put the piece of grass back where it belong and stamped it down. We were pleased with them.
