Marie finally admitted to me that they just had nobody to do the work. I asked for my money back and she said no. They moved the date finally up to June 3rd and Patrick came to my house and was polite but rushed. He lost a clip into the dryer and had to open the whole dryer to find it and then tells me the relay had burned up. So then he said I had to pay for that day's service call plus more for fixing it the next time. Patrick was leaving and he asked for the phone to talk to Marie. They treated it as if they were doing me a favor by not charging the labor to fix the relay but just charge me for the part. Now we're up to $375 for this simple repair. Patrick told me he would be out on Friday and when I talked to Marie, she told me they weren't giving me my money back and Patrick would not be out on Friday but that they would contact me when the part came in.

"We did acknowledge the length of time it took to return with parts for whatever the circumstance at that time was. To have good customer relations we waived labor to install those parts."

Carey's was very reliable. I called and they were very nice on the phone and sent someone out shortly thereafter (they are a Viking authorized repair center). Bob our repairman came to see what was wrong and quickly diagnosed it. They called with an estimate for the part and came to repair it within a reasonable time. Bob was very professional and we were very pleased with the service. Would definitely use them again.

THEY WERE UP-FRONT WITH ME ABOUT HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE TO GET THE PART IN. I THINK THEY ARE A REALLY GREAT COMPANY. I LIKED HOW FRIENDLY THEY WERE. IT ALSO MADE ME HAPPY THAT THEY CALLED TO MAKE SURE IT WAS STILL WORKING RIGHT.
