"Thanks, Mr. (member name removed) it was great working for you"
I would absolutely do business with them again and have already recommended them to several friends and family members.
I am not normally given to writing reviews, but in this case I thought it was important because they really do good work and deserve credit for being a knowledgeable and professional company.
"[member name removed], I'm glad your happy with the job, it was great working with you and we appreciate your recommendations. Of course if there is anything else you need We'll be more than happy to help you."
Telephone calls and email are returned within 48 hours, but often the same day. Even when there has been no emergency, they do the work quickly after initial contact. I have never been overcharged. I would call no one else. These people are remarkable, and I trust them.
