the real form is for both the buyer and seller and it is called state of connecticut department of consumer protection the residential property condition disclosure report that is the form not adding words to a made up report by fairfield county realtors that adds words such as stateofct/dph it is a property condition report disclosure not anything with the state of CT department of health the weichert agent trying to get a buyer to sign off on a made up form with the words stateofct/dph is illegal because realtors do not have legal rights granted them by the CT department of health to use that website as if it were their own buyer did verify with the state of CT to find out if permission was granted to any realtor company within the state and state of CT said no no permission was granted to any realtor in or doing business in CT no other realtor is now showing homes for sale to the buyer involved not one realtor company is coming to open doors and show this buyer homes for sale on foreclosure not one all have gotten the word out through internet communication that the buyer should not be helped today is 12-3-2013 and this happened 10-17-2013 the buyer cannot call a different realty company because all have gotten the word not to help this buyer now if buyer finds a foreclosed home the buyer wants to purchase no one is there to open doors to view properties? buyer has been calling and calling and no other realtor will help find homes or answer questions such as if home has a septic tank that is near public sewer is the buyer now expected to change from septic tank to public sewer no realtor is now available to answer this question after puchasing a home with a septic instead of public sewer is a buyer going to have change form septic to public sewer as soon as the sale is done? the home has well water and septic so is the new buyer expected to have the money available after the new buyer purchases this home to immediately make the change? the seller does not have this expense to worry about due to the seller owned the home for so long that it is all grandfathered in so the seller is not concerned?
Description of Work: the agent used a form said it was from the seller and that the house seller was telling the buyer to sign a document that stated the state of connecticut department of health? such as stateofct/dph these words? Being the buyer I was being told to protect the seller by placing my signature as me the buyer knowing about house mold? this is the realtor agent providing the buyer with this ultimatum to purchase the home or lose the home to the next buyer
