 + -1 moreTotal Fitness-- Thank you! I came to you under stressful conditions, having waited for my elliptical from (competitor) in Stamford, from 1/2- 3/2/20. After 8 weeks of waiting being told repeatedly it would arrive any day soon, being denied talking to a manager, and lied to, I finally got smart, called the manufacturer and asked for another distributor. Enter- Total Fitness. I spoke with Brian who not only matched the price, & delivered my machine 1 week later with no drama, but did so with courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism. I love my elliptical and recommend Total Fitness for any equipment you are planning on purchasing. They are honest, easy to deal with and customer attentive.
