Colossal waste of my time. Orange Fencing, specifically Bob, came to assess for a pool fence and then came back to assess for other fencing needs about 1 month ago and I am still waiting for the proposal that was promised to me then and upon repeated phone calls. Wouldn't waste my time hiring them if this is their expected responsiveness.

I called Orange Fence Co to get an estimate on a full yard fencing project, and while I can understand this is a busy season for companies of this sort, despite planning a morning house visit on July 12, I never had anyone show or call to reschedule. They had offered 2 times, July 12 and July 19 and so I waited until the 19th to see if I had the days wrong, and still a no show.

The job went extremely well. The installation was difficult due to the fact that the fence ran down a fairly steep slope between the two properties and had to contend with many trees. The old fence, which sat precisely on the property line, had been consumed by several trees over the years. Obviously, the new fence had to respect the property line while accommodating the now much larger trees.
Both the designer and the installer ungrudgingly spent as much time as was needed for the neighbor and I to settle on an acceptable design between us and assisted us in resolving the inevitable issues that arise. In addition, the installer was very professional and cheerfully made adjustments to the project while the work was ongoing.
The final result was a beautifully installed, custom-designed fence between our two properties. By 'custom-designed' I mean that while we had purchased a standard, commercial fence, it was clearly apparent that the installation had been specifically engineered to accommodate our unique layout and constraints.
The only hiccup was that while we knew the installation would require two days, we thought the two days would be adjacent. Instead, the two installation days were separated by three days of inactivity. While this, in and of itself, is not an issue, we felt that the schedule could have been better communicated.
Irrespective of the above hiccup, both the neighbor and I feel that Orange Fence is a good company and we highly recommend them. I plan to return to them for additional fence work to occur in on my property next year.

Company was professional, courteous, came out to the house when they said they would, and did appropriate follow-up.  I obtained three quotes for this job, however, and found that theirs was higher by a good 25%.  Nonetheless I believe that if you're installing fencing, these guys are worth a call.

They're still down actually because the work isn't done but they re-built the damage in the fence and installed a new gate. They were very professional, precise and made it easy for me to pay over the phone, e-mail, estimates and receipts. At the end of the study, they did some specific breakdowns for the insurance because they understood what should be there.

I found the company to be pretty professional. They were punctual with their appointment. They were good and they have good quality. They had a good salesperson responding. The only thing that ended up being the negative, was they were the highest of three quotes. They were pricey. The only reason I did not use them was the price.

It didn't go at all due to their lack of responsiveness, I chose Walsh Fence.

After we received the original estimate for the work I made changes to the order on 2 separate occasians. Orange fence happily accommodated the changes in the order and rewrote the estimate twice.
Once the job was actually delivered there were a couple of items that were not completed as ordered. Once I informed Orange fence of my concerns they had a foreman meet me at the site we discussed the items that needed to be taken care of and within a couple of days the work was completed as promised.
Before they sent the bill I was once again contacted by Orange fence to confirm that the work was completed to my satifaction, when I indicated it was they sent the bill for the balance of the work.
Although there were some issues with the job initially they were resolved without complaint and overall I believe I got very good value for my money. 

Excellent response.  They were at the top end of estimates for the work, but clearly explained why the quality of fence and install was worth a few more $$.  Work was quick and clean.  Exactly what I wanted.

They did the entire job all in one day.  It was a very hot summer day, and they still did an excellent job.  I was very impressed with how dedicated they were to their work.  The reason I picked them is because they were so highly recommended, and I also saw their television commercials.  I also appreciated how far they traveled to do the work for me.

From initial quote, to in-store, to installation; a pleasant and professional experience. Beautiful attention to planning and detail. Good clean up after install. I would definitely recommend this company.

The installation of the fence went very well.There was a bit of a hill and digging the fence posts was getting difficult. Sean called for back up and 2-3 other people showed up to assist.
