"I'm sorry she felt the need to write this report, although it's incorrect. After we exchanged several emails, I sent her a revised estimate, to which she never responded. I have been in business for 30 years, and I take pride in the fact that I call customers if I'm running 10 minutes late for an appointment, so I would never not respond to a customer's calls or emails."
