Work started and finished on time as stated in the contract. Workers were friendly, professional and very respectful of our property. First item of the day, everyday, was the dropcloths and sealing off the work area to keep dust contained. At the end of the day, you couldn't even tell anyone had been here. Finished product is absolutely top notch work by craftsmen who take pride in what they do.
Found some water rot and had to do work not included in the estimate. Price was very fair.
They were very accommodating to some changes we wanted, and worked with us in every way they could to make sure we knew what was going on and that we would be happy with the result.
Not the lowest price, but a good price considering the quality of workmanship, attention to details, and extra effort to resolve all the unexpected details that come up during a job.
Would absolutely use again for any home improvement project.
