They are courteous, fast, and cordial. Overall, they are great!!!

I had some many things that were broken and those things were conveniently not covered. I went with them because they were a local family owned business. My experience was disasteris. They came to early, they were taking things they were not suppose to take and they didn't really listen. I left and it took me 2 hours to get there and they had told me they would be there before I would. It took them over 5 hours to get there. They said they had to get gas. They were in such a rush to get the stuff off the truck. They broke family antiques and family heirlooms. They said the company would cover it well they didn't because they tried to tell me that I didn't pack it correctly. Well it doesn't really matte when you drop it from 4ft in the air. They were rude and wouldn't put the boxes in the correct rooms. It was horrible. They actually dropped this huge tv set and broke it and they tried to calm that it was broken before they dropped it. It was very very frustrating.

They did an excellent job. I may be using them again to move me from Connecticut to Maryland. They were here for about 1 1/2 hours. They moved 3 rooms of furniture, including upstairs, to a detached garage on my property. They moved very quickly. They had to remove a couple of doors and they put those back. They were very quick and neat. I had them store the furniture on pallets and they did that very well. They came prepared to do everything.

2/3 of the crew were very nice, the 1/3 was bordering on being hostile with an "I hate my job" kind of disposition. Several items were damaged during the move of which the company did pay for partially, but there were things we didn't notice until days and weeks later (scratched hardwood floor, dings on furniture, etc), but they want you to sign the moment they walk out the door. I believe the payout was ONLY due to the fact that I made them aware that the problem wasn't going away any time soon. What was most disappointing was the "its not our fault" attitude that things got damaged. When they said "you should have taken out the extra insurance"....that just twisted me!!! I made an assumption that we were dealing with a professional moving company. My opinion is that they are not. If I had a choice again to choose them or someone off of craigslist, I'd choose craigslist.
