I requested that a gift basket be delivered on a Saturday to a neighbor. Even though I paid extra for same day service, the package was NOT delivered. I received an email later on Saturday confirming that the package would arrive that day by 6:00 PM. On Monday, I received a phone message stating that they needed to make some substitutions with the gift basket and that it therefore was not sent. The company lied stating that they tried to contact me by email for approval on a substitution. I never was contacted that it was not going out on Saturday. The basket was eventually delivered on Tuesday. They refunded me $2.00 since it wasn't same day service and added an extra balloon.

Terrible, no flowers. After numerous phone calls and complaints they agreed to refund the fee and upgrade the original order, and they promised they would arrive the next day. WRONG!!!!! No flowers again. Finally on Tuesday evening at 8:25 p.m. a bouquet arrived. Not an upgrade and not what we originally ordered. It was a downgrade in quality and price. This company should check into its local affiliates more and maybe this wouldn't happen. Ruined Mother's Day!!!!!!!!!

Terrible; flowers never arrived. It is now three days after mothers day and still no flowers. I have made numerous calls to the company and they continue to assure me the flowers are on there way. They have contacted 3 different affiliates to try to accomplish this mission but continue to fail. They have refunded the cost and upgraded the arrangement but no flowers, so what good is it?
