 + -1 moreI ordered flowers for Mother's Day online. I received a confimation for the order. Today (Monday after Mother's Day) I checked to see if the flowers had arrived. The company checked with their florist and said that the florist computer had crashed and so no refusal of service was sent to FromYouFlowers. They refunded my money, but took no responsibility for the lack of flowers for my mother.
Description of Work: I ordered flowers for Mother's Day online. They took my money but didn't deliver the flowers. So the services they performed was to take my money. (They did refund the money, but took no responsibility.)
