The plant was not delivered when promised. There was no phone call letting me know there was an issue and so I was highly embarrassed when I called to see how she liked her gift. I called customer service that evening and they were unable to reach the florist. The next morning they called me to confirm the order was not delivered....no reason just not delivered.
They made a lame attempt to rectify the situation by offering to deliver it the next day with a discount on the plant. I declined.
This service clearly does not screen the florists they use. I have ordered 3 times from this company and each time there was an issue. The first time what I ordered was not what was delivered. They substituted something in its place. The second time, delivery was made after the time it was promised.. The person I was sending the flowers to left work by the time they were delivered and the flowers sat all weekend because of it. The third and FINAL time was the most recent,,, no delivery....no explanation....well NO MORE!!!
Poor customer service. Poor management. Totally unacceptable.
