First "fix" they offered was to send more flowers. Again, you only get once chance. If this was a wedding, would you send more flowers after the wedding to make up for the dead flowers you sent to the wedding? Of course not. Same here. I did not want flowers after the fact. Then they offered a coupon for future purchases but I already told them I would never order from them again. And then they promised a 50% refund but then did some creative math to give me a bone of a refund instead of the 50%. And truly, they should have refunded 100%. I could have gotten better quality flowers from my local grocery store. NO ONE SHOULD EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I found out from my daughter on Feb. 15, 2013 that they never arrived. I was upset and disappointed because they were for our grandchildren. Also, I was never notified by From You Flowers that the order I placed was never delivered. I called them on Feb. 15 after speaking to my daughter, and after a 25 min. wait a representative finally answered and I was told that they did not receive a confirmation of shipment from the florist in the area who was suppose to deliver the order. I then asked them to credit my credit card account for the cost of the shipment - $57.48. I was told they couldn't do this until they spoke to the delivery florist to find out what the issue was. I told them whatever the issue was between the delivery florist and them was between them, had nothing to do with me, and that I wanted the credit back on my account. After several emails back and forth I finally got confirmation of the credit back to my account on Feb. 16, 2013. Aside from the disappointment of the gift having never been received by the grandchildren, I still wonder - had I not contacted them would they ever have notified me of the non-delivery of this order? I have doubts that they would have credited back the $57.48 to my credit card account had I not called them about this.

I received confirmation from the company that the flowers and balloon were delivered as I had paid for. Unfortunately, in reality, they did not deliver the balloon. I emailed them to please deliver the balloon. After 2 calls, 2 emails and waiting on the telephone for 10 minutes, they finally delivered the balloon. It is unfortunate that you cannot trust if everything you pay for will be delivered. This is such a simple service that it should be completed correctly. On top of this, I was charged a $2 same day delivery fee and a $15 delivery fee. I did not know there was a delivery fee until the very last screen of the checkout. Going through checkout, it only looks like I had to pay a $2 same day delivery fee, so I put in all my credit card info and on the last screen, after submitting payment info, you are hit with the delivery fee. I didn't want to go through the hassle of canceling the order and being concerned my credit card was charged, so I completed the order.

They did not deliver flowers as adverst and they did not call to inform me that they would not be delivered. I called them after flowers had not been delivered.
