The first time I called I got a CSR that wasn't very helpful so I decided to look elsewhere. However, after trying to find a florist in the Nashville, TN area that could deliver to Smyrna, TN without luck, I decided to call them back. This time around I got a very nice CSR that assisted me throughout the process of ordering. Price wasn't the factor for me here. I needed to get the items delivered on the same day I placed the order and they delivered them promptly and on time. My main disappointment comes from being charged two delivery fees even though both sets of flowers were being delivered to the same office. That being said, they got delivered on time so all in all, I'm happy. I would use them again.
Description of Work: From You Flowers delivered two sets of flowers with chocolate to a single destination (as requested).

no delivery arrived. Called Mom 7pm she was home all day received nothing. Called customer service 7:17pm said flower shop noted no one home and too late to call. Asked rep to call my mom just to let her know was told they didnt do that. Today, 11/6, emailed customer service. They did leave a message shortly after which i returned. Almost half hour on phone (sw Cynthia) finally advised some issue in order transmission and shop never attempted delivery. They offered to re-deliver today and upgrade. Nit satisfactory. Cynthia put me on hold and came back offered 20% . They charge $14.99 as their "handling" fee. My order was $65. This didn't even cover the fee. Finally I said credit me and cancel and said they should have just offered for free as they failed to delivery and gave mis information. "they just cant do that". They are crediting me and sending "comp cut vase" which is a vase of cut flowers the local florist chooses with note of apolgy. The order was not delivered when promised and scheduled and i need to spend way too much time (over an hour for two calls plus emailing their customer service) . The experience was way too stressful and did not provide the beautiful gift I intended my Mom to receive ON her birthday. Go local in my opinion....
Description of Work: Recd email confirmation for flower delivery to my Mom for 11/5 for her birthday. Email confirmed order and said residential delivery between 9am and 6 pm. Had picture, add ons and cost along with delivery address and phone.

I decided to give this florist a try to send my mom flowers for her birthday. I found a bouquet online that was beautiful and upgraded the bouquet for more flowers. My mom got the flowers and said they were beautiful. I had her take a pic of them and send it to me so I could see for myself. I was shocked and disappointed at what I saw. The bouquet was nothing like the pic online and definitely did not look like it had been upgraded. It looked so empty and there were a lot of empty spaces. I emailed to complain about it and I was given the run around. I finally emailed them a pic of the bouquet. The person that was replying back to me was rude and tried to tell me that I got the bouquet that was ordered. She had the nerve to argue with me over it. They gave me a $12.49 credit because of the lack of flowers. I complained about that and finally got a response from someone higher up in the company. They ended up giving me a full refund and continued to let me keep the $12.49 credit. Today I decided to use that credit to order flowers for my grandmother. I found a bouquet on sale for $19.99. When I called, they told me I can't use my credit because the bouquet was already on sale!! They said I could get the bouquet at $29.99 and then use my credit!! I told them to keep the credit and that I no longer want emails reminding me of the credit because I will no longer need it. Never use this florist!!

I bought the gift certificate because it looked like a great coupon. I got on the website and it said 100% satisfaction guarantee which also looked good so I ordered a dozen pink roses for my mother for Valentines Day. They were delivered on time and eleven of the twelve were perfect but the last rose looked terrible, there was no bloom on it at all. So I called them about this, I was put on hold several and the person said they would give me a $10 credit, I said no, that wasn't a 100% refund which is what they stated online. I reminded them that I would be more than willing to go on Angie's List to leave a review on them, I was put on hold again, the lady came back with an attitude and said "we will credit the full amount back, thank you, have a good day" and hung up the phone on me.
Description of Work: I ordered flowers from them. I purchased a coupon from Google for $15 and got to spend $30.

It's a bunch of crap. I'm mad with them right now. What I bought from them was embarrassing. They just gave me two roses and baby's breath for 29 dollars. They said I was getting 49 dollars worth of stuff for 29 dollars.

They never arrived and they keep telling me they will check with their drivers on why they were not delivered. They have not called me back yet to let me know if they are sending more flowers.

I thought that I picked a lovely arrangement of flowers in a ceramic pot. The description of the item ordered had a white ceramic pitcher with cinnamon sticks attached, with a pretty ribbon. This is not what I had received. Instead it was in a terracotta pot, not comparable to what I ordered. The number that I called to follow up, to 1-800-flowers, which is on their website, is not the correct number. Once I found the correct number, I had to escalate the issue to their manager, and after much negotiation, he was only willing to give me a $25 credit. This also took an hour of my time on the phone.

I placed an order to be delivered on a Sunday. I received an email on Sunday stating no florist was available, however, they would deliver on Monday with a free upgrade. Unfortunately, I didn't check my email until Monday. When I called on Monday, they said they just needed an ok and my flowers were being sent out. I called at 4pm on Monday and the flowers were still not sent! At 8pm on Monday, the flowers arrived. Many were broken and the flowers looked like a "mish-mosh of filler flowers" according my family member receiving the flowers. She complained to the manager of the store, however, I was NEVER notified. When I called the next day to confirm the flowers were delivered, I was told they were not delivered. I found out what had happened from my family member and the customer service representative denied that flowers were ever sent. When pressed, he finally was able to tell me they were delivered, but that my family member had complained and wanted a new bouquet. I told him to cancel the bouquet and credit me. I called a local florist and they were delivered promptly. NEVER USE THEM!
