The first time I called I got a CSR that wasn't very helpful so I decided to look elsewhere. However, after trying to find a florist in the Nashville, TN area that could deliver to Smyrna, TN without luck, I decided to call them back. This time around I got a very nice CSR that assisted me throughout the process of ordering.
Price wasn't the factor for me here. I needed to get the items delivered on the same day I placed the order and they delivered them promptly and on time. My main disappointment comes from being charged two delivery fees even though both sets of flowers were being delivered to the same office. That being said, they got delivered on time so all in all, I'm happy. I would use them again.
The order was not delivered when promised and scheduled and i need to spend way too much time (over an hour for two calls plus emailing their customer service) . The experience was way too stressful and did not provide the beautiful gift I intended my Mom to receive ON her birthday.

birthday. I found a bouquet online that was beautiful and upgraded the
bouquet for more flowers. My mom got the flowers and said they were
beautiful. I had her take a pic of them and send it to me so I could
see for myself. I was shocked and disappointed at what I saw. The
bouquet was nothing like the pic online and definitely did not look like
it had been upgraded. It looked so empty and there were a lot of empty
spaces. I emailed to complain about it and I was given the run
around. I finally emailed them a pic of the bouquet. The person that
was replying back to me was rude and tried to tell me that I got the
bouquet that was ordered. She had the nerve to argue with me over it. They gave me a $12.49 credit because of the lack of flowers. I complained about that and finally got a response from someone higher up in the company. They ended up giving me a full refund and continued to let me keep the $12.49 credit. Today I decided to use that credit to order flowers for my grandmother. I found a bouquet on sale for $19.99. When I called, they told me I can't use my credit because the bouquet was already on sale!! They said I could get the bouquet at $29.99 and then use my credit!! I told them to keep the credit and that I no longer want emails reminding me of the credit because I will no longer need it. Never use this florist!!
