"Penny, we are sorry you are not happy with your service however as we discussed in November at the time of service when you sent a photo showing the now white moss on your roof that time would be required for it to safely fall off. This was explained in the estimate as well as the invoice which explains how time is a critical element in the process of cleaning a roof safely especially when moss and lichen are present. When moss changes from green to white it's an indicator that the chlorophyll is out of the now-dead moss and over time it will safely fall off. We explained that we should circle back in the Spring to see how the roof was progressed."
"We are sorry you had a bad experience and even tried to make it right by coming back to make sure it was done to your level of satisfaction (which speaks to the character of our company). When we came back you approached the technicians and began verbally insulting them as they apologized for missing some spots but you continued with your derogatory comments about their mental capacity and stated to the owner that they were like "duh uh uh" (making fun of someone with mental disabilities) but they walked away and did not respond in kind which demonstrates our commitment to being professional."
