Really professional and helped me understand how to do a lot of this myself. Showed me why the front shutters were damaged by previous power washing. Great experience.

First of all, I must point out that American Safe Wash does not to power-washing, which would ruin my shingles, but instead they do "softwashing" with biodegradable cleaners. What a great job American Safe Wash did! The house looks great and, from the first phone call to the final follow-up, their customer service was top notch. When we had a surprise scheduling mix-up with the landscaper, American Safe Wash called me personally and seamlessly pivoted to a new date without any complaint. Wow! I'll be a repeat customer for sure!

I hired them to clean dryer and heating ducts. The estimate included washing the heating registers, laying down tarps and replacing everything. They did not wash the registers, lay down tarps and replace all of the furniture. In addition they left several screws sticking out 2 inches and replaced one register upside down. There were dirty hand marks throughout the house. I notified the company the next day. They said they would respond within a day. After over a week, I have not heard back. The service was expensive and did not comply with the estimate. The service crew were polite and professional but did not complete the task as quoted.

The young men who attended to my property went above and beyond in the work itself and in their interaction with me.

Did a terrible job on my roof and deck. When I called, I got zero satisfaction. I was told to wait and that the roof would get cleaner. Paid $420 for a 20 x 20 roof section over the family room and not the entire roof, to have some young kid pour bleach on it. The deck came out horrible too! Do NOT hire this company! The fence and the house was only spot washed and everything all together was over a $1000.00.

I hired American Safe Wash in 2018 (Invoice 3313) and after a full day of washing my home my well was dry. Consequently, they could not finish the job properly and there were drips and misses everywhere. When I called to complain, they took absolutely no responsibility and said you should have told us you had a well and we would have brought a water truck. This snarky response was enough for me to decide to never use them again. Especially since the sales person, Carrie, literally tripped over my well when providing the estimate. And, by the way, since they drained it, I needed to replace my expansion tank and well pump. I am now pursuing legal action against this company. When I spoke to the owner of the company, he became irate and derogatory towards me, even calling me names over the phone. I don t think I have ever had such a heated conversation with an owner of a company. And, to show you what kind of person the owner is, when I wrote a negative review on another web site, the owner lied about our phone conversation making childlike, inaccurate, and derogatory comments about me. To prove how unethical this company is, I found a review on another site where one of their sales people Cyr P. wrote a 5 star review pretending to be a customer. His review said; Don t have your home pressure washed, have it Safe Washed. Low pressure soft wash cleaning with unbelievable results. Made my siding look brand new! On or around June of 2020, the owner responded Thank you for your business! . On February 7, 2020, the same person Cyr P. sent me an email trying to sell their services which suggests that Cyr P is not a real customer. I have the screen shots of this review along with his email to prove it. I believe this is fraud and I and have contacted the CT attorney general.
