This was a husband and wife team. They were on time and they were professional, Ill give them that. As far as the inspection, well, the service did not match the price. I had them inspect my 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1300 sqft condo in Norwich. This is what they did: Looked in the breaker panel, looked at the water heater, walked around, turned on all faucets, looked under sinks, and flushed the toilets. This all took about 30 minutes. I got a very detailed report telling me nothing leaked, the breaker panel wasnt on fire, the toilets worked, and the water heater was indeed making hot water. So, all this for $325?? That works out to $650/hr! So if you want to satisfy your bank at $650/hr then go for it.
