Excellent, Pete showed up on time, kept the house in top condition through all phases including demolition, did exactly what he said he was going to do, and did not overshoot the budget (though we did).  He provided great service, offered reasonable pricing and is completely dependable.

$10,000
we were looking to take a smallish master bath and give it character as well as maximum storage. our builder (peter decker) suggested apothecary-look cupboards and drawers in combination with craftsman style paneling. it's hard to describe in words, but it looks FANTASTIC! working without an architect, but coordinating closely with us, the builder has created a look and feel that is exactly what we were looking for. all the woodwork will be painted (a creamy off-white) except for an antique piece of chestnut wood that he used as the top of a vanity he made to perfectly fit the small space yet accommodate a large vessel sink. he did much of the cabinetry work off-site to minimize disruption to us (i.e., losing our upstair bathroom!). we couldn't be happier with the design or the quality of the work: it's brilliant!
