House is in historic district. Plan had to be approved in advance by Historic District Commission. Job passed (without qualifications) subsequent inspections by HDC and building inspector.
Last summer, Hardy & Crew showed up to do the job when scheduled, worked through hottest week of Summer 2013 to complete the job as planned within the five days scheduled, did a thorough clean-up of grounds, removed all old roofing and related construction materials.
Most important: the result. Roof did not leak at all during winter storms of 2014.
John Hardy and his team are friendly, hard-working, didn't waste time, answered all questions, explained what was to be done - we couldn't be more satisfied with their work or workmanship. We recommend them without qualification for residential roofing.
