Jerry showed up right on time and went to work removing a rusted-out kitchen sink faucet and installing a new faucet that also has motion sensors, requiring the installation of a control module under the sink and more complex plumbing than a normal faucet. He also installed a small tankless hot water heater under the sink. He wasn't sure if the hot water heater I purchased was sufficient to also supply the dishwasher, so he called the manufacturer to ask (it was). When he was done with that, I remembered that we had a leaky toilet. Jerry took a few extra minutes to look at it and was able to fix it on the spot.
When I looked under the kitchen sink, I was very impressed with the locations he chose for the various components and the overall quality of his work. The area was also spotless, so he obviously cleaned up when he was done.
The faucet works perfectly and the toilet doesn't leak anymore.

When I call, they usually come within a few hours. They do good work. I have a lot of plumbing, and they know how it all fits together. I don't have any complaints about them. Every time they come they fix it.
