Initially very responsive. Came over, assessed the project and provided a written estimate. Windows were ordered and the work began at about the time promised. During the course of the project the owner was diagnosed with a serious illness. At that time the work was almost complete. The owner stopped returning my calls and to date the project remains incomplete. One window was ordered incorrectly and one arrived cracked. Neither has been replaced. Some of the outside caulking didn't adhere properly. Nine months later I've never gotten a return call from anyone. Oh, and the guys doing the work left all kinds of trash in my garage.

THEY WERE GOOD. I HAD A WINDOW THAT WAS CRACKED, AND THEY ORDERED A NEW ONE AND REPLACED IT. THAT WAS AFTER THE MONEY HAD ALREADY BEEN GIVEN TO THEM. THEY WERE GOOD. THEY TOOK A LITTLE LONGER GETTING BACK TO ME BECAUSE THEY WERE A BIGGER COMPANY.
