Took some back and forth determining the problem and ordering the part, but he was always quick to return calls. Was able to determine problem without a visit (I was pretty sure what the problem was) and the repair itself was done when scheduled and took less than 1/2 an hour. I checked the price of the part online and his price was the same. Success! I didn't want a new machine - I haven't met anyone happy with the lifespan of newer washers. My set is a 20 year old Kenmore duo that until now were problem free.

called the Dywer company to repair a frig. He was to call me back the following day. He did not. I called him again and he told me that my tell # did not show up on his called ID. He went to the location the following day and the service went fine.

I found their price to be very reasonable. I found them to be honest. He can do the work in a timely fashion. When you call you may get his answering machine, but I leave my name and number and he calls me back.

This dehumidifier is under warranty. I had already taken it to another authorized service dealer closer to my home three times for repair but they had not successfully repaired the dehumidifier. As soon as I returned home and plugged it in today, it's working great. It seems like Dwyer's did the job. Turn around time was quick; 1-2 work days.
