They promised to move everything as direct - pack the trucks and unload at the destination- but they unloaded it at their Connecticut warehouse. Not everything made the first move and they had a secondary move for the items left behind. Took long time to get the second move. Many items were "lost:". The problem was that at the receiving end as much of the move was going into storage and I didn't realize how much had been "lost". The actual cost was much greater than the estimate while other movers said their estimate were their final cost - didn't realize they underestimate to get business. Learned how good movers work in a short distance move and Father and Sons was not anywhere close to a good mover. Would never use them and hope this review keep other from using their service.
