Description of Work: I needed Hearthstone gas log appliances repaired. The techs from Osterman came in identified the problem, order parts and repaired the stoves.

 + -1 moreThey're very nice. I don't usually interact with them anymore though. Usually, they come and do their thing. As long as they do it and I have propane when I need it, that's fine with me. When I set it up, they were very pleasant to deal with. I haven't had to wait for them. They just come and do it.
Description of Work: They refill my external propane tank.

 + -1 moreThey gradually jacked up the price until it was almost twice the going rate, and then added additiona fees in the microprint for not using enough gas.
