"We are sorry that you feel our prices are high. We base our snow removal service off of the measured square footage of the area we are contracted to maintain, which is still the case for your driveway, and is the fairest way we found to provide pricing. Yes at this time we do not offer seasonal packages, but may in the future. We are happy that you still contracted with us for your snow removal despite your feelings toward us before we had done any service. We hope you see the quality service we provide as we continue to keep your driveway serviced at any time day or night the snow falls."
