Mark was very quick to respond to my message and came to my apartment same day to look at carpet. Unfortunately in my situation being in apartment I couldn’t actually just do a patch as I didn’t have the carpet needed. But regardless it was nice to have someone respond so quick and give me my options.

Mark and Scott were courteous and professional. I had rug stretching. The only issue I noticed after Scott had left was there was a small space between the two railng posts and the carpet. Otherwise the job was well done.

Very nice, very communicative. Had my carpet taken up and reinstalled while basement was waterproofed and refinished. Can see seams more, but I suspect this is normal for reinstallation. My only complaint would be that they scuffed up the freshly painted walls during reinstall, but we were going to paint a different color anyways so this didn't matter in the end.

I would have rated customer service with a 5 but the day we scheduled service the "helper" never showed up. Mark (owner) returned my call right away, apologized and we rescheduled. Nice to have someone return you call right away!
