Mr. Maynard returned my call on the same day. He came to my house the next day and inspected my roof and the leak damage inside. He returned that afternoon with a detailed estimate, which I approved. He rurned two days later with a helper and began the work. The job took five days due to intermittent rain. He made sure I was waterproof at all times during the removal of the old section of roof and the installation of the new one. He finished expeditiously and on budget. I got a quality job at an outstanding price. He will stay in touch to make sure the new section of repaired roof stays watertight. I highly recommend Robert Maynard.

I found this company on Angie's List.  He came out to patch an area on our roof by the chimney in the fall of 2011.  He has also prevented a major roofing issue at our home.  Our roof was covered in ice and he brought a crew out and removed the ice and the ice dam that was causing water leaking in our home. 

He is trustworthy and we are pleased with the service he provided.

Mr Maynard arrived at all appointments promptly as promised. He met with us on several occasions to explain fully the work he was doing and to patiently answer questions. Even before we decided to hire him, he came and fixed a leaking vent ridge with an extra part he happened to have, and did not charge us. His estimate was one of the lower ones we received, and he performed the work at the promised price, using quality material. Once the job began, he was present each day along with his workers. He and his employees were pleasant and easy to have on site each day. They cleaned up daily and made sure we were leak proof when bad weather interrupted the job. Once the roof was completed, they cleaned thoroughly and removed all debris. Overall, we think Mr. Maynard is fair and honest, and did outstanding work. It was a pleasure to work with him.
