The current regulations required significant changes to the layout and installation. Paul worked with me on several occassions to lay out possiblities and then worked with the town sanitarian to ensure the system was inspected at the required stages. The "permit to discharge" was a forgone conclusion at the end.
The town sanitarian even praised the quality of Paul's work. I am certain my new system will last well beyond the 30 years of the old one.
