I liked the product, I liked how it came out. It just took them a while to get it done. I guess it takes a while to get the order in. Their interactions were okay, they were good. They like to do everything, they leave all the information in the door. It’s hard to get them to come over to the house and talk about it. I don’t know what they could do better to get a higher grade. I will use them in the future.

I like the doors very much. I wasn't real happy how they trimmed out the center door.

The opener was adjusted to properly close, the rollers were lubed, and it's been working fine ever since. A great value all around.

It went very well. The person spent about fifteen minutes lubricating the rollers repeatedly and then spent time readjusting and re-tightening the tracks. Solved several problems.

I called Norwich Overhead Doors in mid morning to see if they could replace the broken spring in one of my two garage doors. I was given a price quote and a promise that they would be able to do the work the same afternoon. Larry arrived before 4 pm that same day and promptly replaced the spring. He also spotted a badly damaged pulley and replaced it as well. He then made an adjustment to the track and the power head of the opener. He completed the job by lubricating all the rollers on both garage doors. Both doors now work perfectly. I am pleased with all aspects of the service provided and will gladly call them again whenever I need repairs or replacement of my garage doors. I highly recommend this company.

Went very well, Sales representative inspected existing structure and obtained verbal quote with followup written quote and sceduled installation. Technician arrived on time and completed instalation in approx 3 hours. Very satisfied with quality and look of door and instalation. Also very satisfied with ease of doing business. I have a two-car garage, and Larry Benedict had helped me out with the door opener on one of the two bays a couple of years ago. He diagnosed a difficult problem correctly and supplied a part without which I would have had to replace the whole mechanism at much greater expense. At the time I was impressed by both his workmanship and the speed with which he did the job. The work he did for me today, on the second garage door, was no exception. I have a bad schedule, and there weren't many times when I could arrange to be at home. He came when I could be there. He told me the old opener needed replacement, and when I said I couldn't be home again for a whole week, he rearranged his schedule to return with the new opener and install it later the same afternoon. In other words, he took care of me completely in the space of about three hours. You just can't get better service than this. Fast, dependable, and professional.

Response to request for job quote was quick and the order for the replacement panels was done the same day. A deposit of $200 was requested and was agreed to. Once the panels came in, we got a call and the work was scheduled immediately. There was a problem with the fit of the panels due to an irregular opening of the door frames. The problem was solved by the contractor. We were very happy with the results and completed payment.
