The work was completed with no fuss, muss or bother exactly when we were told it would be done. Working with John was a pleasure as he proved to be an honest, straight forward person, very capable and no nonsense. Months later when there was no more need for heating the house we did not have enough hot water for showers. John came out and showed us how to adjust the temperature for warmer months and did not charge for this visit. We are very pleased with the attention we received and the work that was done. The price we were given was better than the three other estimates we received.

He showed up the same day that I called him. He actually stopped by on his way home from work. He solved the issue in 5 minutes and didn't even charge me. His presentation was very professional and courteous.
