The owner and his assistant came to our home very shortly after we had inquired bout an estimate. He discussed all the heat and furnace possibilities available to us and helped us decide which would be best for our home. He provided us with an estimate within a week of his first visit. His estimate was THOUSANDS LESS than another contractor we were in touch with through Home Depot. We signed a contract and they started working within a few days. There was a tremendous amount of work involved in the job we contracted for. The installation was time consuming but the men worked day after day from early morning until at least 5pm and sometimes into the early evenings. The new gas hydro air system as well as the on demand water system looks AMAZING! It takes a tremendous among of skill to install one of these units. When it was discovered the A/C unit we contracted for did not qualify us for the rebate we expected, the owner promptly brought in a different upgraded unit. The guys came out at a moments notice when it came time for the sunroom installers to work near the proposed A/C unit we had planned. They worked flawlessly with the other contractors to be sure the Mitsubishi unit was installed in the very best possible location. Then they went on to install it THAT DAY...even when they had not planned to be here for that particular install for several more days. I could go on and on, since our contracted job was so big. Even at a moments notice they accommodated my last minute need for custom low profile ductwork in the basement despite having already installed a part of the stock ductwork. This company's owner is extremely fair and honest. His work is meticulous and he really cares about what your needs are and that you are satisfied.

original estimate was for $2800, then he wanted an additional $2000.00 after job was completed. The job was done well and on time for the most part but way over priced! Steer clear of this company!

"yes original estimate was for 2,800, customer requested for additional work, and work that was not seen until kitchen floor was ripped out. sink drain piping was not properly installed under the crawl space of his house. we had to go back because we could not finish up work because there was white mold spores growing everywhere under the house, notified owner and gave him price on the phone and he agreed, i don't know where the confusion was,but the job was completed 100 percent. also we never got paid by his contractors for emergency work performed,we removed all the baseboard heat and water piping that they cut into in kitchen."

They were very technically capable. He is really good and did good quality work.
