"I find it a bit unfair that you were giving the opportunity to have it fixed to your standard.. and then you pass it up and say your giving my company an bad rating. Its customers like you that dont understand what my plow men go through being out sometimes 15 hours straight. . Sometimes there is so much snow there is no where to even put otm. Your car was already mounted with snow prior to last storm. I feel its very poor of you to do this giving the fact my plow Forman offered to fellow for you. Thank you for you time and rating. But I have a list of clients who give my men tips for Working so well understand the conditions outside. Chera Kirker"
